Video Tours Online…
A must in today's marketplace.....
These are not the stitched together pictures commonly used by some
virtual tour providers. And it is not an executable file (.exe), currently being
provided by some other local services.
It is an actual
streaming video
tour using a camcorder inside the home and around the
exterior that plays back using the Windows Media Player,
the most popular video viewer in use.
The video will be
approx. three minutes in length and can have pleasant
background music and a voice-over narrative. You
provide the script for the narrative.
If you want to have
pre or post video panels displayed with your picture,
company logo and other information, I can do that as
well, as long as the total run time is not over 4 minutes in length.
The video file is
usually about 30-50mb in size and is very suitable
for viewing by Internet users with DSL or broadband cable.
Also, if your prefer
your tour to be just a still shot video slideshow I can
do that for a reduced cost.*
Any way
you do it gets you an impressive online advertising that
you and your seller will be pleased with.
Why
A Video?
Because a video sells.
No form of home marketing is more powerful than video.
Video can not only show more of exactly what you want
your buyers to see, it can also engage their emotions
and motivate action in a way that still pictures can’t.
But video used to be a luxury item for most agents
budgets, despite its appeal. Every agent wanted to use
video. After all, what could compare with video’s power
to engage the viewer in an experience, to communicate
emotion, to motivate? But the price tag has always been
too high. The end result was that video was
reserved only for the really super high priced listings.
Technology has changed all that. Advances in video
cameras, editing and encoding technology have finally
made quality video an affordable medium for all agents
and home sellers.
Just as important as the drop in costs is the new
opportunity for Internet distribution. Two-thirds of
Internet users—and virtually 85% of those looking for a
new home—now have broadband access. Watching digital
video on the Web is now normal consumer behavior. Links
to videos are embedded in emails and posted on sites and
blogs all over the Web.
All of this represents tremendous new opportunities for
real estate agents and home sellers. Video can enhance
any home presentation. Emails to prospective customers
take on a more exciting dimension. Links to the video
can be seeded all over the Internet.
